The Journeyman Kit is a full featured kit for the service industry.  The Journeyman Kit is shipped with the C4B Combo Mold, which has separate cavities for 10-12, 14-16, and 18-22 gauge butt splices, plus a 14-16 gauge SpliSplit take-out mold.  Also included are the A3T Terminal mold, which seals and provides a professional looking grip for ring tongue, hook, fork, and male slide (disconnect) terminals, with separate cavities for 10-12, 14-16, and 18-22 gauge terminals, and the A3L mold, which creates a butt splice seal in all three sizes (yellow, blue, and red) with an attaching lug molded on.  This is a great feature for securing wiring or small tubes.  Conductors can have the lug seal molded on anywhere, even if it's not over a splice.  The lug prevents wiring and tubing from chaffing or moving like they would in a conventional Adel or screw type clamp.  The Journeyman Kit includes the SpliSeal Industrial 80 Watt Sealant Gun, 20 Sealant Sticks, our Journeyman Tool Set which includes American Made Ideal Brand Automatic Strippers, Multi-tool, and Forged Crimpers, a fastener assortment, mold clamp, instructions, and an industrial grade American Made tool box to organize and protect this sizeable kit.

SpliSeal Master Kit

This is the biggest kit we make, the whole shooting match.  This is the kit for the shop that never knows what is going to come in the door.  Whatever it is that needs to be sealed, you're prepared.  The Master Kit starts out with the A3B Combo Mold, which has separate cavities for 10-12, 14-16, and 18-22 gauge butt splices.  Also included are the A3T Terminal mold, which seals and provides a professional looking grip for ring tongue, hook, fork, and male slide (disconnect) terminals, with separate cavities for 10-12, 14-16, and 18-22 gauge terminals, and the A3L mold, which creates a butt splice seal in all three sizes (yellow, blue, and red) with an attaching lug molded on.  Additional multi-cavity molds are included for female disconnects, insulated grip connectors, insulation displacement connectors (as 3M "ScotchLock®), and SpliSplit™ take-out connections, all sporting three cavities to cover connectors from 10-22 gauge.  This is a total of over 20 individual mold cavities that cover more than 30 different connector and terminal variations.  Then we add the SpliSeal Industrial 100 Watt Sealant Gun with switch and magnetic base, 25 Sealant Sticks, our Master Tool Set which includes all American Made Ideal TM Brand Automatic Strippers, Multi-tool, and Forged Crimpers, a large fastener assortment, mold clamp, instructions, and an industrial grade American Made tool box to organize and protect this comprehensive kit.

This is a two cavity mold with provisions for 14-16 gauge butt splices (Blue) as well as our unique "SpliSplit" mold, which allows sealed take-outs to be made from a standard blue butt splice. The SpliSplit allows you to put one wire into one end of a 14-16 gauge (Blue) butt splice, and two 16 gauge wires in the other end... perfect for low amperage take-outs like side markers, cab or running lights, and speakers, then seal it for long lasting connection protection! Not recommended for high amperage take-outs.
